1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas through our trusted courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Remote Areas: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan. Please ensure that the full payment is available at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the parcel is not received, it may be returned to DockBay. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or items are missing, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
